We can use "Quick Books" to turn your check book and bank statements into useful financial statements.   Our files are stored electronically on "cloud" servers which protect your data from disaster and identity theft.  Our work is done on a "virtual desktop" in the "cloud." There is no compromise to your data at any time. If a client uses their own "Quick Books" we can monitor entries and make corrections in "real time" by shadowing their computer. ​

 

TAX SOLUTIONS

We protect our clients from identity theft through technology.  Clients e-mail documents or use a personal client portal to send tax information directly to us. All of your documents and tax returns are stored on your personal portal for years for immediate use.  Our tax returns are filed electronically to increase the speed of your refund and to avoid paper returns being lost in the mail. 

PAYROLL SOLUTIONS

 

We are very flexible in solving payroll problems. We can calculate your payroll, and after you write your payroll checks we can record the payroll "after-the-fact in Quick Books, and e-file the needed quarterly and year-end payroll tax filings and W-2s. For some clients, we simply monitor their own "Quick Books" calculations of payroll and then e-file their payroll tax returns.
